I had a question about a tile so I called Tile & Mosaic Depot. I called on different days at different times. Noone ever answered the phone, so I left a message and no one answered my message. I finally ordered a sample. It was definitely not the correct tile for me. This could have been simply resolved if I had been able to TALK to someone, if ever so briefly. So this was a waste of my time and money. If you are really legit you will offer to refund me.
