How do I order a free sample?
Go to any product page and look for the sample option. Samples ship quickly to the continental US at no charge. We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing a full order on natural stone.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Visit our Shipping & Returns page for full details and free shipping thresholds.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on eligible items. Products must be uninspected and uninstalled. Natural stone variation is not a defect and is not grounds for return. See our Return Policy for full terms.
How do I apply for trade pricing?
Visit our Trade Program page to apply. We offer trade pricing for designers, architects, contractors, and builders. Applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
Can you help me calculate how much tile I need?
Yes — use our tile calculator on any product page, or call us with your room dimensions and we'll walk you through the calculation. Always order 10–15% extra for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Do you offer discounts on large orders?
Yes. We offer $200 off orders over $5,000, and free shipping on mosaics and moldings over $1,999. For commercial or bulk orders, contact us directly to discuss project pricing.
Why does my tile look different from the website photo?
Natural stone variation is inherent — no two pieces are identical. Screen photography cannot fully capture depth, translucency, and shade range. This is why we recommend ordering samples first. Read our shade variation guide.
Do you have a physical showroom?
We are an online-only operation — no showroom markup means better prices for you. Our free sample program is designed to give you the hands-on evaluation that a showroom visit would provide.
