How long does it take for samples to arrive?
Samples ship within 1–3 business days. Arrival times depend on where you're located. Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee.
How large is a sample?
Sample size varies by product. Most samples are 3 × 6, 4 × 4, 6 × 6, or 8 × 8 inches.
How many samples can I get in one order?
You can order up to 10 samples per order.
Will my tile match the sample?
Your sample comes from the lot we have in stock now, so it shows that lot's actual color range and finish. Future lots may look lighter, darker, or more veined, so order your full quantity plus 10% at once to keep the whole job from one lot.
Can I order samples of moldings and mosaics?
Yes. You can order a sample of any product on our website.
