How much extra tile should I order?
We recommend ordering 10–15% extra material to account for cuts, waste, and possible future repairs.
Are all tiles from the same lot?
Whenever possible, orders are shipped from the same production lot to maintain consistency in color and pattern variation.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to ship my order?
Most in-stock tile orders ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and freight carrier.
Will the freight company call before delivery?
Yes. Freight carriers typically contact the customer to schedule a delivery appointment for pallet shipments.
Do I need to inspect the order upon delivery?
Yes. Please inspect all shipments at the time of delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

No. Once the tile has been installed, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned.
What if I receive a damaged tile?
Any damage must be reported immediately at delivery and noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt.

Should the tile be inspected before installation?
Yes. All tile must be inspected before installation. Once the material is installed, it is considered accepted.
What type of mortar should be used for natural stone tile?

How many 24×24 tiles cover 100 square feet?
