Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this website.

DISCLAIMER

  • Natural stone is just that, a nature-made material. Shade and color variations are inherent in natural stone, so each piece differs. Customers should consider this when buying natural stone products.
  • Dry seams and often filled pits may characterize natural stones. The filling can work its way out, and refilling these voids may be necessary and essential as part of a standard maintenance procedure. All natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer.
  • After product installation, the vendor disclaims any liabilities.
  • It is always recommended to Order a sample before you order is always recommended, especially for large quantities.
  • Please note that the samples are only small swatches of the products; the sample will be a good look at the material you will receive; variations in the colors and patterns are expected, especially in natural stone products because they are not artificial but nature-made.
  • Due to the nature of the stone, we highly recommend ordering 10-15% more than the required square footage to allow for natural variation and possible damage during shipping.

SAMPLES
  • Samples are swatches of the original product and vary in size from 3”x3” to 6”x6" depending on the product line you want.
  • There are absolutely NO RETURNS on sample items ordered under no circumstances.

SHIPPING

  • If the items in your order qualify for 'Free Shipping' (total product cost of $1,999 or more (for Mosaics and Moldings only), your order ships FREE! **
  • We ship throughout the United States of America.**
  • Estimated Lead Time: 2-3 business days plus shipping.
  • LTL Deliveries are only curbside delivery. (No inside home delivery)

CANCELLATIONS

  • Our suppliers are going through a long process to prepare your order: picking the material, preparing the order, packing the boxes, creating labels, etc.
  • We offer free-of-charge cancellation within 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
  • If you decide to cancel the order after 24 hours since order placement, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the order amount.
  • There will be no cancellations after the shipment leaves the warehouse.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after product delivery. At our sole discretion, after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only.
  • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the terms and conditions noted below are followed:
  •  Items must be in "new, unaltered, and unused condition." Products and packaging show no signs of wear or damage—boxes in their original shape.
  • Return requests must be placed within 30 calendar days of delivery (after 30 days, no returns are allowed).
  • Original sales receipt and an RMA (returns material authorization form) must accompany all returns. All returns will be accepted with an RMA.
  • To obtain an RMA number, contact us at sales@tileandmosaicdepot.com.
  • It must not be a particular order or a custom order.
  • Refunds are contingent upon item(s) inspection once we receive it. 
  • Items returned to us after 30 days without contacting us with a return request will NOT be refunded. 
  • There is a 25 % restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again, you must contact us with a Return Request within seven days to return any item to our store.
  • We DO NOT accept any partial returns at all. Only full returns will be accepted after other conditions are approved. It should be in its original packed condition.
  • Please note that the Shipping Cost is not refundable.
  • If the seller is not at fault, the customer is responsible for return Shipping Costs.
  • If a product is received damaged or missing, please contact us immediately.
  • Customers must inspect all received products for damage within three days of delivery.
  • 2-3% broken pieces are acceptable. For more than 3%, you must provide photos and proof of broken pieces.
  • The claim made after three days of delivery is unacceptable, such as we received it but did not open it, installation still needs to start, etc.
  • No claims will be accepted after the product is installed.
