Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order on this website. By purchasing from TILE & MOSAIC DEPOT, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Product Disclaimer – Natural Stone Characteristics

Natural stone is a product of nature and, as such, exhibits inherent variation in color, texture, shading, veining, and surface characteristics. No two pieces are exactly alike. These natural variations are not defects but rather a defining feature of authentic stone materials.

Certain stone types may exhibit dry seams, pits, fissures, or fill, which are often present at the time of manufacture and may become more visible over time. These areas may require routine maintenance and occasional refilling as part of standard care.

Sealing is strongly recommended. All natural stone should be sealed with a high-quality penetrating sealer prior to and after installation.

By purchasing natural stone products, you acknowledge these characteristics and accept them as part of the material’s nature. TILE & MOSAIC DEPOT disclaims all responsibility for variations after installation.

We strongly recommend ordering samples before purchasing, particularly for larger quantities. Please note: samples are small swatches intended to represent general material characteristics, not exact matches.

Due to natural variation, it is recommended to order 10–15% more than the required quantity to account for patterning differences, cuts, and potential damage during transit.


Samples Policy

Sample pieces are cut directly from current production stock and are provided for preview purposes only.

  • Sample sizes generally range from 3” x 3” to 6” x 6”, depending on product type.

  • Samples are final sale and non-returnable under any circumstances.

  • Sample orders are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.


Shipping Policy

We offer complimentary standard curbside shipping on qualifying orders of $1,999 or more (for mosaics and moldings only) shipped within the continental United States.

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days from order confirmation.

  • Transit Time: Varies based on destination and carrier, typically 2–10 business days.

  • Delivery Method: LTL freight shipments are curbside only—no inside delivery or placement is included.

Shipping excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories at this time.

Tracking information will be emailed upon dispatch. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.


Order Cancellations

To support fast and efficient fulfillment, our suppliers begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. Therefore, our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Within 24 hours of placing an order, Cancellations may be made free of charge.

  • After 24 hours but before shipment, 25% cancellation fee applies.

  • After shipment, Orders cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be in new, unused, unaltered condition and in original packaging with no visible damage or wear.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Partial returns are not accepted. Only full, unopened cartons may be returned.

  • Clearance and Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Authorization:

  • Contact us at sales@tileandmosaicdepot.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • Returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted or refunded.

  • All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Fees & Conditions:

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise that does not involve product defects or shipping errors.

  • Refunds will be processed upon inspection and approval of the returned item(s).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Damage Claims:

  • All deliveries must be inspected within 3 calendar days of receipt.

  • Damage or shortage claims exceeding 3% breakage must be reported within this period, accompanied by photographic evidence.

  • Claims received more than 3 days after installation are not eligible for compensation or replacement.

  • No claims will be accepted for damage discovered post-installation.

NOTE: No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted for any product once it has been installed.
