Sealing: White Carrara marble is a relatively porous stone and should be sealed before grouting and regularly thereafter. Apply a penetrating stone sealer every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers, and annually in lower-exposure areas like backsplashes. The honed finish, while less reflective than polished, can still absorb stains and should not be left unsealed.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner or mild dish soap diluted in warm water. Avoid acidic cleaners, vinegar, citrus-based products, and anything abrasive, as these will etch the honed surface and dull the finish. Wipe spills — especially from coffee, wine, or citrus — promptly to prevent staining on this pale stone.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset to prevent any grey bleed-through that could discolor the pale marble. For pencil liner strips, apply adhesive evenly and use non-sanded grout for the fine joints typical of trim pieces. Back-butter each strip for full contact and use painter's tape to hold alignment while the thinset sets. Cut with a wet saw fitted with a continuous-rim diamond blade for clean, chip-free edges.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
