Product Reviews
I love the travertine tiles, they are not set yet but will be when cabinets arrive. Now, I think this is important: You really should wash them! It took me a week to wash 480 tiles (because I do not have a kitchen sink due to recent water damage during storms). Some of the tiles were very filthy with stuff you could peel off the surface. It is much easier for you with a pressure washer in your stone yard to clean the tiles than for what I have here in the house.
However, they are great. I had about 10% rejects, that's not bad. That is an answer I tried to get from you in order to buy the correct number of tiles, but no one knew the answer, but there it is, 10%.
There was no breakage during transportation, that was great and somewhat surprising. Your driver brought too big a truck and could not get through our tiny and steep roads, he had the sense to call me at his closest point and I went to meet him and we lifted the tiles from his big truck to my car. I am glad he had the fore site to realise his truck could go no further.
But anyway, the result is beautiful so far, I will send you a picture when they are installed. Note that it took me a two month search to find tiles which match those rescued after my water damage was demolished and you did it, thank you.
