Blue Parisian marble is a striking European natural stone defined by its deep blue-grey base and bold white and gold veining — a rare color profile that sets it apart from more common white or beige marbles. Finished with a suede treatment, the surface is finely abraded to achieve a smooth, low-sheen matte texture that softens the stone's natural luster while preserving its veining clarity. Sealing: Blue Parisian marble should be sealed with a high-quality penetrating stone sealer before installation and resealed every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers or bathroom floors. The suede finish is more porous than a polished surface and will absorb liquids more readily, making consistent sealing especially important to prevent staining from oils, soaps, and hard water.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft microfiber cloth or mop — never use vinegar, citrus-based cleaners, or anything acidic, as marble etches easily. The suede finish, while more forgiving of water spots than a polished surface, can trap fine particles in its texture, so a gentle wipe-down after each use in wet areas is recommended to prevent soap scum buildup.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset to prevent any dark adhesive from telegraphing through the stone, especially given Blue Parisian's lighter veining areas. Back-butter each tile fully for maximum bond coverage on this large 16×24 format. Allow for 1/16″ to 1/8″ grout joints and use a non-sanded or fine-sanded grout in a complementary cool grey tone. Dry-lay tiles before setting to blend shade variation across the field.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Freight Delivery

  • Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.
  • Scheduled appointment. The freight company contacts you directly to arrange a delivery window.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

  • Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
  • Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
  • Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
  • Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
