30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Vitreous glass is non-porous and does not require sealing. However, grout joints in pool environments should be sealed with a waterproof, pool-rated grout sealer annually to prevent staining and chemical infiltration.

Cleaning: Use a pH-neutral tile cleaner or a diluted white vinegar solution for routine maintenance. Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh acid-based cleaners that can degrade grout joints. For pool scale or calcium deposits, use a pool-safe descaler applied only to grout lines, not the glass surface.

Installation: Install with a white polymer-modified thinset mortar rated for wet and submerged applications. Use unsanded or fine-sanded grout with a joint width appropriate for 2×2 chips. Align mesh sheets carefully and press firmly for full mortar contact. For pool interiors, consult a certified pool tile installer to ensure proper waterproofing membrane and expansion joint placement.

Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
