30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Recycled glass tile is non-porous and does not require sealing; however, the grout joints should be sealed with a penetrating grout sealer upon installation and resealed annually in wet areas such as showers to prevent staining and mildew.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral, non-abrasive tile cleaner and a soft cloth or sponge — never use acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus), alkaline degreasers, or abrasive scrubbing pads, which can dull the matte-satin surface finish and erode grout joints over time.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset to prevent dark adhesive from showing through lighter or translucent glass chips; apply non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch to avoid scratching the glass surface. Back-butter each sheet lightly in addition to troweling the substrate for maximum bond, and align mesh sheets carefully — the honeycomb pattern requires consistent joint spacing for a seamless finished look.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Processing & Transit
In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Most tile and stone orders ship via scheduled LTL freight and typically arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination. You'll receive tracking and carrier details by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Freight Delivery

  • Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.
  • Scheduled appointment. The freight company contacts you directly to arrange a delivery window.
  • Signature required. An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.
  • Clear access. Please ensure the delivery site is reachable by a freight truck and free of obstructions.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

  • Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
  • Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
  • Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
  • Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
