30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Nero Marquina marble must be sealed prior to installation and resealed every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers. Apply a penetrating, impregnating stone sealer specifically formulated for dark marble to prevent water intrusion and staining. Dark stones can show white haze if moisture is trapped beneath the surface, so thorough sealing is essential.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner diluted in warm water and a soft microfiber cloth or mop. Avoid acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus-based products), alkaline degreasers, or abrasive scrubbers — all can etch or dull the honed surface and strip the sealer. Wipe spills promptly, especially oils, wine, and coffee, which can penetrate and stain dark marble.

Installation: Use a white or gray polymer-modified thinset mortar appropriate for natural stone — avoid dark thinsets that may bleed through. Use non-sanded grout for the tight 1×1 mosaic joints to prevent scratching. Back-butter each mesh sheet and press firmly with a grout float for full coverage. Align sheets carefully during installation to maintain consistent joint lines across the field.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
