30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Both Nero Marquina and Thassos marble must be sealed prior to grouting and regularly thereafter. In wet areas such as showers, apply a penetrating stone sealer every 6–12 months. Thassos, being highly crystalline and white, is particularly susceptible to staining from grout haze and colored liquids — ensure thorough sealing and prompt cleanup of any spills.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or mop only. Avoid acidic cleaners, vinegar, lemon-based products, or any abrasive scrubbing pads, as these will etch the polished surface of both stones — especially the bright Thassos chips, where etching is most visible. Never use bleach on Nero Marquina as it can lighten the black matrix over time.

Installation: Use white thinset mortar for this mosaic — gray or dark thinset can bleed through the porous Thassos chips and permanently discolor the white marble. Apply non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch to prevent scratching the polished surface. Press sheets firmly into the thinset with a grout float or rubber mallet block to ensure full coverage, and align sheet edges carefully for a seamless repeat of the oval pattern.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
