30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Botticino marble should be sealed with a penetrating stone sealer before grout installation and resealed every 12 months in wet areas such as shower walls. Its light, porous surface is more susceptible to staining than darker stones, making consistent sealing essential to preserving its warm ivory tones.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft microfiber cloth — never use acidic cleaners such as vinegar, lemon-based products, or bleach, as these will etch and dull the polished surface permanently. Wipe up spills, especially oils, wine, and coffee, immediately to prevent staining on this light-colored stone.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid any grey show-through on the light stone chips. Apply non-sanded grout for the narrow joints typical of a 2×4 mosaic sheet, and back-butter individual chips or the mesh sheet for improved bond strength. Align mesh sheets carefully during installation and use a grout float at a low angle to avoid scratching the polished surface.

Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
