30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Thassos White is a highly porous, pale marble that must be sealed before grouting and use. Apply a penetrating stone sealer rated for white marble prior to installation, and reseal every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers. Because of its pure white color, skipping or delaying sealing risks permanent staining.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner or plain warm water and a soft cloth. Never use vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, or any acidic or alkaline cleaner — even mild acids will etch the honed surface and cause dull spots. Wipe spills immediately, especially coffee, wine, and citrus, to prevent staining.

Installation: Always use white polymer-modified thinset mortar — gray thinset can bleed through the porous white stone and cause discoloration. Use non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch. Align mesh sheets carefully before pressing firmly into the thinset bed, and use a grout float to ensure full, even contact across every chip. Back-butter individual chips in corners and cut edges for a secure bond.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
