Sealing: Thassos White is a highly porous, pure white marble that should be sealed before grouting and resealed every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers. Use a premium penetrating stone sealer specifically formulated for white or light-colored marble to prevent staining and discoloration from grout, soap, and minerals.

Cleaning: Clean exclusively with a pH-neutral stone cleaner diluted in warm water; never use vinegar, citrus-based cleaners, bleach, or abrasive scrubbing pads. Polished Thassos is particularly susceptible to etching from acidic substances — wipe up any spills immediately, and avoid abrasive tools that can dull the high-gloss finish.

Installation: Always use bright white polymer-modified thinset mortar — never gray — to prevent color bleed-through on this brilliant white stone. Align mesh sheets carefully on a flat substrate, trimming as needed for the leaf pattern to flow seamlessly at sheet joints. Use non-sanded grout for small mosaic joints to avoid scratching the polished surface, and back-butter each sheet lightly for full adhesion coverage.

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
