30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Cappuccino marble should be sealed with a penetrating stone sealer before grouting and again before use. In wet areas such as showers or bathroom floors, reseal every 6–12 months to prevent moisture penetration and staining. The dark base color can mask some staining but the polished surface remains susceptible to etching.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner or mild dish soap diluted in warm water — never use acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus), bleach, or abrasive scrubbers, as these will etch and dull the polished surface. Wipe up spills promptly, especially acidic substances like coffee, juice, or wine, which can etch the finish on contact.

Installation: Use white or light gray polymer-modified thinset to avoid dark adhesive bleeding through the stone chips. Align mesh sheets carefully, maintaining consistent joint spacing; use non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch. Back-butter individual chips on the sheet edges for full coverage, and allow thinset to fully cure before grouting.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
