This tri-stone mosaic combines Thassos White from Greece, Blue Celeste, and Azul Macauba — three natural marbles united by a shared cool, oceanic palette of pure white, soft blue-grey, and deep steel blue. Each stone brings its own crystalline character and veining, resulting in a mosaic surface that is both cohesive and visually layered.

The tiles are finished with a polished surface that amplifies the contrast between the bright Thassos and the deeper blues, creating a shimmering, light-reflective effect reminiscent of sunlit water. Mounted on a fiberglass mesh backing, each sheet installs quickly and cleanly — simply press into white thinset, align the sheets, and grout.

This mosaic is perfectly suited for spa-style shower walls, bathroom feature walls, kitchen backsplashes, and decorative niches; it is best reserved for wall and light-duty indoor applications rather than high-traffic floors. Because this is a specialty blend of three natural stones, we strongly recommend ordering a sample to confirm color harmony with your existing materials, and purchasing 10–15% overage to account for cuts and any future repairs.

30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: All three marbles in this blend are porous and should be sealed with a penetrating stone sealer before grouting and after installation. In wet areas such as showers, reseal every 12 months or as needed — Thassos White and Blue Celeste are particularly susceptible to staining if left unsealed. Test the sealer on a spare chip first to ensure it does not alter the polished sheen.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft microfiber cloth or sponge. Never use vinegar, citrus-based cleaners, bleach, or abrasive scrubbers — acidic products will etch the polished surface of all three stones, especially the bright Thassos White chips, causing permanent dull spots. Wipe up spills promptly, particularly oils and colored liquids.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar — gray thinset can bleed through the porous white Thassos chips and permanently discolor them. Apply non-sanded grout for the tight mosaic joints to prevent scratching the polished faces. Back-butter each sheet lightly for full coverage and press firmly with a grout float to ensure all chips are fully bedded. Allow full cure before grouting.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. A screen can't show you how Calacatta veining reads under your kitchen lights or how a porcelain finish sits next to your cabinet color. A sample can. It's the single best way to buy stone or porcelain tile with confidence — and the cheapest mistake you'll ever avoid.

How It Works
Samples are $7.99 each. Samples ship free and leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Sizes vary by material and availability — typically 3"×3" up to 8"×8" — and every sample is cut from the same material stocked for full orders.

What a Sample Shows
Color, texture, finish, and overall character. Because natural stone varies piece to piece, one sample represents the material but can't show the full range of a lot. Porcelain samples are highly representative of the production run. Want to see the current lot before you commit? Ask us — we'll send photos.

How Your Order Ships
In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. Stone, porcelain, and mosaic ship on a pallet via scheduled LTL freight and arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. You'll get tracking and the carrier's name by email the day it ships.

Freight Delivery — What to Expect

  • The carrier calls you first. Every freight delivery is by appointment. Expect a call or text to set a window before the truck is dispatched.
  • Curbside delivery. The driver unloads to the curb or driveway. Freight does not include carrying material indoors or into a garage — plan for a helper or a hand truck.
  • Someone 18+ must sign. Inspect the pallet before signing. Note any damage, shortage, or broken shrink-wrap on the delivery receipt — this is what makes a claim valid.
  • Truck access. The address must be accessible to a full-size freight truck with enough space to unload.

Natural Variation
Quarried stone varies in color, veining, shade, movement, and finish from piece to piece and from lot to lot. Screen photos and samples show the range, not the exact tile you'll receive. Variation is the nature of the material and is never grounds for return. Porcelain is far more consistent, but shade and pattern can still shift between production runs — buy your full quantity in one order.

Before You Install

  • Order 10% overage. Covers cuts, breakage, and spares for future repairs. Reorders may not match in tone or lot.
  • Inspect every piece before setting. Pull from all boxes, blend, and dry-lay the full area. Installation is acceptance — no claims are honored once tile is set.
  • Hire a qualified installer. Natural stone and large-format porcelain require experience with the material. Your installer is responsible for substrate, setting materials, and method.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a penetrating sealer and re-sealed periodically in wet and high-traffic areas. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner only — vinegar, bleach, ammonia, and acidic cleaners etch marble, limestone, travertine, and onyx permanently. Porcelain does not require sealing. Outdoor stone weathers and shifts in tone over time; this is expected.
