Sealing: Glazed ceramic pool tiles do not require sealing on the tile face. Grout joints in submerged or waterline zones should be grouted with a pool-grade, waterproof epoxy grout — no additional sealing of grout is necessary when epoxy grout is used. If cement-based grout is used above the waterline, apply a penetrating grout sealer and reapply annually.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral tile cleaner or a diluted white vinegar solution for mineral and calcium deposit removal. Avoid abrasive scrubbers or harsh acid-based chemicals that can dull or etch the glaze surface over time. For routine pool maintenance, standard pool water chemistry (balanced pH 7.2–7.8) is the best protection against scale and staining.

Installation: Install with a white or gray polymer-modified thinset rated for wet and submerged applications. Use pool-grade epoxy grout for waterline and below-waterline joints to prevent water infiltration and efflorescence. Allow full thinset cure time (minimum 72 hours) before filling the pool. Back-butter each tile for full contact coverage, especially in submerged areas.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Most tile and stone orders ship via scheduled LTL freight and typically arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination. You'll receive tracking and carrier details by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Freight Delivery

  • Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.
  • Scheduled appointment. The freight company contacts you directly to arrange a delivery window.
  • Signature required. An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

  • Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
  • Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
  • Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
  • Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
