Sealing: Bianco Caldo marble must be sealed prior to installation and resealed every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers and bathroom floors. Its warm-white tone is susceptible to staining from oils, soaps, and mineral deposits, so a high-quality penetrating stone sealer is strongly recommended.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner diluted in warm water and a soft microfiber cloth or mop. Avoid acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus, bleach) and abrasive scrubbers, which will etch the polished surface and permanently dull its finish. Wipe up spills — especially wine, coffee, and juice — immediately.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey bleed-through showing beneath the translucent white stone. Back-butter each tile in addition to applying thinset to the substrate for full coverage and to avoid hollow spots. Use a 3/16" or larger notched trowel for a 12×12 format, and dry-lay tiles before setting to balance natural variation across the field.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
