All slabs must be thoroughly inspected and approved by the purchaser or their authorized fabricator before cutting, fabrication, or installation. Approval of the material constitutes acceptance of its aesthetic characteristics.

Professional fabrication and installation are required. Marble is a porous material and must be properly sealed before and after installation to reduce the risk of staining and moisture penetration. Ongoing care, maintenance, and periodic resealing are the sole responsibility of the property owner.

Tile & Mosaic Depot assumes no responsibility or liability for fabrication, installation methods, sealing, maintenance, misuse, or site conditions. Once the material has been fabricated, cut, altered, or installed, it is deemed fully inspected and accepted. No claims, returns, refunds, or exchanges will be honored after fabrication or installation.

Variations in veining, movement, color distribution, fissures, or naturally occurring features shall not be considered defects and are not grounds for claims.
