Sealing: Thassos White, despite its density, is highly susceptible to staining due to its pure white color and open crystalline structure. Seal with a premium penetrating (impregnating) stone sealer before installation and re-seal every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers. In dry applications such as feature walls, annual sealing is sufficient.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft microfiber cloth. Never use acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus, or bleach-based products) — they will etch the polished surface and leave dull, irreversible spots. Wipe up spills — especially oils, wine, or coffee — immediately, as the bright white surface shows staining readily.

Installation: Always use bright white polymer-modified thinset to prevent any grey or tan adhesive from telegraphing through the stone. Back-butter each tile in addition to troweling the substrate for full coverage, especially important at 12×24 size. Use non-sanded or fine-sanded grout in a matching bright white to keep joints tight and clean. Allow adequate curing time before exposing to water.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
