30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Dolomite White Marble must be sealed prior to installation and resealed every 6–12 months, especially in kitchens and bathrooms where moisture and acids are present. The polished surface, while beautiful, is more porous at the exposed cut edges of the mosaic chips, so a penetrating impregnating sealer is strongly recommended. In high-humidity shower or backsplash environments, increase sealing frequency to every 6 months.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft, non-abrasive cloth or mop — never use vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, or ammonia-based products, as these will etch and dull the polished surface permanently. Wipe up spills from acidic substances (wine, citrus, coffee) immediately to prevent etching. Avoid abrasive scrub pads that can scratch the polished finish.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey bleed-through on this pale stone. Align mesh sheets carefully on the wall, maintaining consistent grout joint spacing across sheet seams. Use non-sanded grout for the fine joints between chips to avoid scratching the polished marble surfaces. Back-butter each sheet lightly in addition to the wall for a stronger bond, especially on vertical surfaces with the irregular relief profile.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
