30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Both Calacatta Gold and Thassos White are highly porous and must be sealed before grouting and use. Apply a premium penetrating stone sealer upon installation and reseal every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers. Thassos in particular is prone to absorbing moisture and should never be left unsealed.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner only — never use vinegar, citrus-based sprays, bleach, or abrasive scrubbers, as these will etch the polished surface and dull the finish over time. For daily maintenance, a soft damp cloth or mop is sufficient. Dry the surface promptly after water exposure to prevent mineral deposits on the polished Calacatta and Thassos surfaces.

Installation: Always use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any gray bleed-through on these pale, semi-translucent marbles. Use non-sanded grout for the narrow mosaic joints. Back-butter each sheet lightly for full coverage, and press sheets firmly with a grout float to ensure even adhesion. Check mesh alignment carefully at sheet seams to maintain consistent chip spacing throughout.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
