Sealing: Marmara marble, despite its density, should be sealed with a high-quality penetrating stone sealer prior to installation. In wet areas such as showers, reseal every 6–12 months to protect against moisture infiltration and staining. The bright white color makes diligent sealing especially important, as any discoloration will be immediately visible.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. The polished surface is particularly susceptible to etching from acidic substances such as citrus, vinegar, or harsh chemical cleaners — avoid these entirely. Wipe spills immediately, especially on the decorative crown face where liquids can pool.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset to prevent any grey adhesive from telegraphing through the bright white stone. Apply thinset to both the wall substrate and back-butter each liner piece individually to ensure full contact along the sculpted profile. Use non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch. Align pieces carefully along a level chalk line to maintain a consistent, straight border across the installation.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
