Sealing: Tundra Gray marble should be sealed with a penetrating stone sealer before installation and resealed every 12–18 months in wet areas such as showers and bathroom floors. The honed finish is more porous than polished marble and absorbs liquids more readily, making thorough sealing especially important.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or mop. Avoid acidic or alkaline products — vinegar, citrus-based cleaners, and standard bathroom sprays will etch and dull the honed surface. Wipe up spills, especially oils and acidic liquids, promptly to prevent staining.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any gray adhesive from telegraphing through the stone. Back-butter each tile in addition to applying thinset to the substrate for full coverage and a strong bond. Use a 3/16" to 1/4" grout joint and a sanded or unsanded grout depending on joint width. Ensure the substrate is flat and level to within 1/8" over 10 feet before installing.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
