Sealing: Seal with a penetrating, impregnating stone sealer before grouting and after installation. Despite the leathered finish offering more inherent resistance than polished marble, white and pale marbles remain porous and should be resealed every 12 months in shower or backsplash applications — or whenever water no longer beads on the surface.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner diluted in warm water; never use vinegar, citrus-based cleaners, bleach, or abrasive scrubbers, as these will etch the marble surface and degrade the sealer over time. The leathered finish hides everyday water spots and smudges well, but prompt wiping of acidic spills (coffee, wine, lemon juice) is still essential to prevent etching.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset to prevent any grey bleed-through showing beneath the pale stone. Align mesh sheets carefully on a flat surface and trim with tile nippers as needed to maintain consistent grout joint width. For small mosaic joints (2mm or less), use non-sanded grout to avoid scratching the leathered surface; lightly seal grout lines once cured for added stain resistance.

Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
