Processing & Delivery: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Large orders ship via LTL freight — curbside delivery only. An adult must be present to sign for delivery. Estimated transit: 2–10 business days after shipment.

30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Porcelain is non-porous and does not require sealing under normal conditions. In pool environments, grout joints should be sealed with a pool-grade, waterproof grout sealer after full cure to prevent algae penetration and staining.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral tile cleaner or a diluted pool-safe solution. Avoid acidic cleaners, muriatic acid washes, or abrasive scrubbing pads that can damage the matte surface texture. For routine pool maintenance, standard pool water chemistry (balanced pH 7.2–7.6) is safe for the tile surface.

Installation: Use a white or grey polymer-modified thinset rated for pool and wet-area use; ensure full back-buttering of each sheet for maximum bond in submerged conditions. Use non-sanded or fine-sanded grout for the 2×2 chip joints, and select a pool-grade, waterproof grout. Allow thinset to cure fully (minimum 7–10 days) before filling the pool. Align mesh sheets carefully to maintain consistent joint spacing across seams.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
