Sealing: Calacatta Oliva marble should be sealed with a high-quality penetrating stone sealer prior to installation and re-sealed every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers. The white ground is particularly susceptible to staining, so thorough and consistent sealing is essential to preserve its pristine appearance.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or mop — never use acidic cleaners, vinegar, lemon-based products, or abrasive scrubbers, as these will etch the polished surface and dull its reflective finish. Wipe up spills, especially oils and acidic liquids, immediately to prevent staining or etching.

Installation: Use bright white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey adhesive from telegraphing through the translucent white stone. Apply non-sanded grout for the tight 1×1 mosaic joints to ensure smooth, even grout lines. Align mesh sheets carefully during installation and back-butter each sheet lightly for full adhesive coverage on wall applications.

Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
