Sealing: Glacier White Marble in a split-face finish is highly porous due to the exposed cleft surface and must be sealed with a penetrating stone sealer before installation and again after grouting. For any exterior or high-traffic interior use, reseal every 6–12 months. The bright white tone makes the stone particularly vulnerable to staining, so prompt sealing is essential.

Cleaning: Use only pH-neutral stone cleaners — never acidic products such as vinegar, citrus-based sprays, or standard household tile cleaners, as these will etch and dull the marble surface. For the textured split-face surface, a soft-bristle brush with diluted neutral cleaner is effective for removing dust and debris from crevices. Blot spills immediately rather than wiping to prevent spreading.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid any grey bleed-through on this pale marble. Back-butter each corner piece thoroughly, pressing firmly into the textured split-face profile to ensure full contact and eliminate voids. Align corner units with adjoining flat ledger panels before adhesive sets to verify pattern continuity. Non-sanded grout is recommended for tight joints; sanded grout may be used for wider gaps but test on a scrap piece first to avoid surface scratching.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Most tile and stone orders ship via scheduled LTL freight and typically arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination. You'll receive tracking and carrier details by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Freight Delivery

  • Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.
  • Scheduled appointment. The freight company contacts you directly to arrange a delivery window.
  • Signature required. An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

  • Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
  • Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
  • Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
  • Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
