30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Glass tile is non-porous and does not require sealing. However, grout joints should be sealed with a penetrating grout sealer upon installation and resealed annually in wet shower environments to prevent mold and staining.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral, non-abrasive tile cleaner and a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus) and abrasive scrubbing pads, which can dull the polished glass surface and degrade grout joints over time. For hard water deposits, use a gentle glass-safe mineral deposit remover.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to preserve the tile's cool blue tones — gray thinset can alter the perceived color of translucent glass chips. Apply non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch. Back-butter each sheet lightly for improved adhesion, and align mesh sheets carefully before setting to maintain consistent hexagonal patterning. Allow full cure time before grouting.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
