Haisa Light Marble12 × 12 Polished

A soft grey and white marble with fine, flowing bands, supplied as a 12 × 12 polished tile for indoor walls and floors.

Haisa Light, also sold as White Oak, runs in soft grey and white. Fine bands stretch across the face of each tile, and the polished surface gives that linear movement a gentle sheen. The 12 × 12 format sets in a straight grid or an offset pattern.

Expect moderate variation from tile to tile (V3). Some pieces carry more banding, others are calmer. Blend tiles from several boxes as you lay. Polished marble etches with acids, so seal it and wipe spills promptly.

Care & Cleaning

Seal It

Apply a penetrating, pH-neutral stone sealer before grouting and again after installation. Marble is porous, and sealing helps resist stains and water spots.

Clean It

Use a pH-neutral stone cleaner, or diluted dish soap in warm water. Skip vinegar, citrus cleaners, bleach and abrasive pads.

Expect This

Polished marble can etch from acids and show water spots. Wipe spills quickly and dry the surface. Tone and banding vary from tile to tile.

Tile & Mosaic Depot supplies material only. Installation method, setting materials, and substrate are your installer's responsibility. Inspect every piece before setting; installation is acceptance, and installed material cannot be returned or claimed.

Can I use it on a floor?

Yes, it is made for indoor floors and walls, and it suits dry, low-traffic floors best. Wet-area floors, outdoor spaces and commercial traffic are not confirmed for this tile.

How much should I order?

Each 12 × 12 tile covers 1 sq ft. Add 10% to your measured area for cuts and waste, and order it all at once so it comes from one lot.

Does it need sealing?

Yes. A penetrating stone sealer protects the marble before grouting and after installation. Wipe spills promptly, especially acidic ones, since they can etch the polished surface.

Samples are $7.99 each. Samples ship free and leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Sizes vary by material and availability — typically 3"×3" up to 8"×8" — and every sample is cut from the same material stocked for full orders.

What a Sample Shows
Color, texture, finish, and overall character. Because natural stone varies piece to piece, one sample represents the material but can't show the full range of a lot. Porcelain samples are highly representative of the production run. Want to see the current lot before you commit? Ask us — we'll send photos.

How Your Order Ships
In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. Stone, porcelain, and mosaic ship on a pallet via scheduled LTL freight and arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. You'll get tracking and the carrier's name by email the day it ships.

Freight Delivery — What to Expect

  • The carrier calls you first. Every freight delivery is by appointment. Expect a call or text to set a window before the truck is dispatched.
  • Curbside delivery. The driver unloads to the curb or driveway. Freight does not include carrying material indoors or into a garage — plan for a helper or a hand truck.
  • Someone 18+ must sign. Inspect the pallet before signing. Note any damage, shortage, or broken shrink-wrap on the delivery receipt — this is what makes a claim valid.
  • Truck access. The address must be accessible to a full-size freight truck with enough space to unload.

Free Shipping
Free curbside freight on qualifying mosaic and molding orders over $1,999 in the continental U.S. Field tile, porcelain, and other product types ship at freight rates shown at checkout. Not available to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Damage & Shortages
Report within 3 calendar days of delivery with photos of the pallet, packaging, and affected pieces to sales@tileandmosaicdepot.com. Verified claims are covered. Shortages of 1–5 pieces are refunded rather than reshipped — which is why we recommend ordering 10% overage.

30-Day Returns
Uninstalled tile in full, unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return freight is paid by the customer. Partial boxes, opened boxes, installed material, and samples are final sale.

Natural Variation
Quarried stone varies in color, veining, shade, movement, and finish from piece to piece and from lot to lot. Screen photos and samples show the range, not the exact tile you'll receive. Variation is the nature of the material and is never grounds for return. Porcelain is far more consistent, but shade and pattern can still shift between production runs — buy your full quantity in one order.

Before You Install

  • Order 10% overage. Covers cuts, breakage, and spares for future repairs. Reorders may not match in tone or lot.
  • Inspect every piece before setting. Pull from all boxes, blend, and dry-lay the full area. Installation is acceptance — no claims are honored once tile is set.
  • Hire a qualified installer. Natural stone and large-format porcelain require experience with the material. Your installer is responsible for substrate, setting materials, and method.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a penetrating sealer and re-sealed periodically in wet and high-traffic areas. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner only — vinegar, bleach, ammonia, and acidic cleaners etch marble, limestone, travertine, and onyx permanently. Porcelain does not require sealing. Outdoor stone weathers and shifts in tone over time; this is expected.
