A pale cream limestone with soft taupe grain, cut in a long 18 × 36 format with a matte brushed surface.

Mocha Cream reads as a quiet cream-beige, with ivory and taupe tones and fine grain that runs across the face. The brushed finish is matte and lightly textured, so light settles softly on the surface instead of reflecting off it.

The 18 × 36 format means fewer grout joints, so the grain carries across the surface with fewer breaks. Lay it in a staggered pattern for long horizontal lines. It is sold per sq ft for indoor floors and walls.

Care & Cleaning

Seal It

Seal with a penetrating impregnating sealer before grouting and again after installation. Limestone is porous, even with a brushed finish. Reseal as needed, more often in wet areas.

Clean It

Use a pH-neutral stone cleaner in warm water with a soft mop or microfiber cloth. Avoid acidic cleaners such as vinegar, citrus, or grout haze removers, which can etch the stone. Blot spills right away.

Expect This

Expect moderate shade variation (V3) and natural grain differences from tile to tile. Limestone is softer than granite, so the surface can show wear over time.

Tile & Mosaic Depot supplies material only. Installation method, setting materials, and substrate are your installer's responsibility. Inspect every piece before setting; installation is acceptance, and installed material cannot be returned or claimed.

Does this tile need sealing?

Yes, sealing is recommended. Use a penetrating impregnating sealer before grouting and again after installation. This helps protect the limestone from moisture and stains.

Can I use it indoors on floors and walls?

Mocha Cream is listed for indoor floors and walls. Keep it out of exterior spaces, since it is not rated for freeze-thaw conditions.

How much should I order?

Each 18 × 36 tile covers 4.5 sq ft. Measure your area, then add 10% for cuts and overage, and order it all at once so the job stays in one lot.

Color, texture, finish, and overall character. Because natural stone varies piece to piece, one sample represents the material but can't show the full range of a lot. How Your Order Ships
In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. Stone, porcelain, and mosaic ship on a pallet via scheduled LTL freight and arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. You'll get tracking and the carrier's name by email the day it ships.

Freight Delivery — What to Expect

  • The carrier calls you first. Every freight delivery is by appointment. Expect a call or text to set a window before the truck is dispatched.
  • Curbside delivery. The driver unloads to the curb or driveway. Freight does not include carrying material indoors or into a garage — plan for a helper or a hand truck.
  • Someone 18+ must sign. Inspect the pallet before signing. Note any damage, shortage, or broken shrink-wrap on the delivery receipt — this is what makes a claim valid.
  • Truck access. The address must be accessible to a full-size freight truck with enough space to unload.

Free curbside freight on qualifying mosaic and molding orders over $1,999 in the continental U.S. Field tile, porcelain, and other product types ship at freight rates shown at checkout. Not available to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Damage & Shortages
Report within 3 calendar days of delivery with photos of the pallet, packaging, and affected pieces to sales@tileandmosaicdepot.com. Verified claims are covered. Shortages of 1–5 pieces are refunded rather than reshipped — which is why we recommend ordering 10% overage.

30-Day Returns
Uninstalled tile in full, unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return freight is paid by the customer. Partial boxes, opened boxes, installed material, and samples are final sale.

Natural Variation
Quarried stone varies in color, veining, shade, movement, and finish from piece to piece and from lot to lot. Screen photos and samples show the range, not the exact tile you'll receive. Variation is the nature of the material and is never grounds for return. Porcelain is far more consistent, but shade and pattern can still shift between production runs — buy your full quantity in one order.

Before You Install

  • Order 10% overage. Covers cuts, breakage, and spares for future repairs. Reorders may not match in tone or lot.
  • Inspect every piece before setting. Pull from all boxes, blend, and dry-lay the full area. Installation is acceptance — no claims are honored once tile is set.
  • Hire a qualified installer. Natural stone and large-format porcelain require experience with the material. Your installer is responsible for substrate, setting materials, and method.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a penetrating sealer and re-sealed periodically in wet and high-traffic areas. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner only — vinegar, bleach, ammonia, and acidic cleaners etch marble, limestone, travertine, and onyx permanently. Porcelain does not require sealing. Outdoor stone weathers and shifts in tone over time; this is expected.
