Sealing: Honed marble is more porous than polished stone and absorbs liquids more readily, making sealing essential. Apply a high-quality penetrating stone sealer before installation and reseal annually in bathroom environments or any area exposed to humidity. For dry feature wall applications, sealing every 2–3 years is generally sufficient.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral, stone-safe cleaner diluted in warm water and a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid acidic cleaners, vinegar, citrus-based products, and any abrasive scrubbers, which can etch the honed surface and dull its matte finish. The 3D relief profile requires gentle attention to grooves and recesses — a soft-bristle brush can help dislodge dust without scratching.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent grey show-through on this light-toned marble. Due to the jumbo panel size and weight, back-buttering each panel fully and using a notched trowel on the substrate is critical for complete coverage and bond strength. Ensure the substrate is perfectly flat and plumb before installation, as the 3D surface will amplify any wall irregularities. Allow adequate open time and use non-staining spacers to maintain consistent joint lines.

Freight Delivery

  • Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

  • Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
  • Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
  • Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
  • Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
