30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Limestone is porous, so seal with a quality penetrating stone sealer before and after installation, and re-seal periodically in showers and wet areas. Thorough sealing is especially important to guard the beige tone against staining — and essential for shower-floor use.

Cleaning: Use a pH-neutral stone cleaner only. Avoid acidic cleaners, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia-based products — these etch limestone and dull the surface. The honed surface is easy to wipe clean, but still requires acid-free care to protect the beige tone.

Installation: Use white or light-colored thinset — standard gray thinset can show through the light beige stone. Set whole sheets and align the chips across seams so the grid stays consistent. Non-sanded grout is recommended for the tight joints between the small pieces. On a shower floor, the sheets flex to follow the slope toward the drain. Dry-lay sheets first to blend the color.

Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
