White Pearl Limestone12 × 24 Honed

A soft white honed limestone in a 12 × 24 format, finely flecked with shell and calm enough to sit quietly behind everything else.

White Pearl is a bright, soft white limestone with fine shell flecks that read as a gentle speckle across the surface. The honed finish is smooth and matte, with low sheen. At 12 × 24, the tile gives you fewer grout lines than a smaller format.

Expect tone and markings to shift from tile to tile, so dry-lay and blend from several boxes as you set. Use white thinset, since gray can show through. White Pearl is sold per sq ft, with a 50 sq ft minimum. Sealing is recommended.

Care & Cleaning

Seal It

Limestone is porous. Apply a quality penetrating stone sealer before and after installation, and re-seal periodically, especially in kitchens and bathrooms.

Clean It

Use a pH-neutral stone cleaner. Avoid acidic cleaners, bleach, vinegar and ammonia-based products, which can etch limestone and dull the surface.

Expect This

Tone and shell markings vary from piece to piece. Inspect all tile before installing, blend from multiple boxes, and order 10% extra for cuts and waste.

Tile & Mosaic Depot supplies material only. Installation method, setting materials, and substrate are your installer's responsibility. Inspect every piece before setting; installation is acceptance, and installed material cannot be returned or claimed.

Can I use it on shower walls?

You can use it on indoor bathroom and shower walls. Seal the stone before and after installation to protect it from staining and moisture. For shower floors, check with us before ordering.

Do I need to seal it?

Sealing is recommended. A penetrating stone sealer applied before and after installation helps protect the white surface from stains. Re-seal periodically in kitchens and bathrooms.

What thinset should I use?

White thinset keeps the stone looking bright. Standard gray thinset can show through the white limestone and dull its tone.

How much should I order?

Each 12 × 24 tile covers 2 sq ft, and the minimum order is 50 sq ft. Add 10% for cuts and waste, and order everything at once to stay within one lot.

Samples are $7.99 each. Samples ship free and leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Sizes vary by material and availability — typically 3"×3" up to 8"×8" — and every sample is cut from the same material stocked for full orders.

What a Sample Shows
Color, texture, finish, and overall character. Because natural stone varies piece to piece, one sample represents the material but can't show the full range of a lot. Porcelain samples are highly representative of the production run. Want to see the current lot before you commit? Ask us — we'll send photos.

How Your Order Ships
In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. Stone, porcelain, and mosaic ship on a pallet via scheduled LTL freight and arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. You'll get tracking and the carrier's name by email the day it ships.

Freight Delivery — What to Expect

  • The carrier calls you first. Every freight delivery is by appointment. Expect a call or text to set a window before the truck is dispatched.
  • Curbside delivery. The driver unloads to the curb or driveway. Freight does not include carrying material indoors or into a garage — plan for a helper or a hand truck.
  • Someone 18+ must sign. Inspect the pallet before signing. Note any damage, shortage, or broken shrink-wrap on the delivery receipt — this is what makes a claim valid.
  • Truck access. The address must be accessible to a full-size freight truck with enough space to unload.

Free curbside freight on qualifying mosaic and molding orders over $1,999 in the continental U.S. Field tile, porcelain, and other product types ship at freight rates shown at checkout. Not available to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Damage & Shortages
Report within 3 calendar days of delivery with photos of the pallet, packaging, and affected pieces to sales@tileandmosaicdepot.com. Verified claims are covered. Shortages of 1–5 pieces are refunded rather than reshipped — which is why we recommend ordering 10% overage.

30-Day Returns
Uninstalled tile in full, unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return freight is paid by the customer. Partial boxes, opened boxes, installed material, and samples are final sale.

Natural Variation
Quarried stone varies in color, veining, shade, movement, and finish from piece to piece and from lot to lot. Screen photos and samples show the range, not the exact tile you'll receive. Variation is the nature of the material and is never grounds for return. Porcelain is far more consistent, but shade and pattern can still shift between production runs — buy your full quantity in one order.

Before You Install

  • Order 10% overage. Covers cuts, breakage, and spares for future repairs. Reorders may not match in tone or lot.
  • Inspect every piece before setting. Pull from all boxes, blend, and dry-lay the full area. Installation is acceptance — no claims are honored once tile is set.
  • Hire a qualified installer. Natural stone and large-format porcelain require experience with the material. Your installer is responsible for substrate, setting materials, and method.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a penetrating sealer and re-sealed periodically in wet and high-traffic areas. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner only — vinegar, bleach, ammonia, and acidic cleaners etch marble, limestone, travertine, and onyx permanently. Porcelain does not require sealing. Outdoor stone weathers and shifts in tone over time; this is expected.
