Sealing: Crema Dolomiti limestone is a porous natural stone and must be sealed before installation and grouting. Apply a penetrating impregnating sealer rated for limestone, and reseal every 12–18 months in wet areas such as showers and around sinks. The suede finish is slightly more absorbent than a polished surface, so thorough saturation sealing is especially important.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner diluted in water — never use vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, or acidic bathroom cleaners, as limestone is calcium-based and will etch or pit on contact with acids. Avoid abrasive scrubbers on the suede surface. Wipe spills promptly, particularly from citrus, wine, and coffee. For routine maintenance, a damp mop with plain water or a dedicated stone soap is ideal.

Installation: Use a white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any gray bleed-through on this pale stone. For the 12×24 format, back-butter each tile in addition to applying thinset to the substrate to ensure full coverage and prevent hollow spots or cracking. Use tile leveling clips to maintain consistent grout joints and prevent lippage across the large-format tiles. A 3/16" or 1/4" grout joint is recommended; use an unsanded or fine-sanded grout in a tone that complements the cream palette.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Freight Delivery

  • Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

  • Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
  • Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
  • Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
  • Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
