Sealing: Crema Dolomiti limestone should be sealed with a penetrating impregnator sealer before grouting and again after installation. In wet areas such as shower floors or bathroom surrounds, reseal every 12 months; in dry areas such as living room floors, resealing every 2–3 years is sufficient. Because of its light color, extra attention to sealing is strongly recommended to prevent oil, wine, and hard water stains from penetrating the stone.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and warm water using a soft mop or microfiber cloth. Avoid acidic cleaners, vinegar, citrus-based products, and anything containing bleach or ammonia — acids will etch and dull the honed surface and can permanently damage the stone. Blot spills immediately; do not allow liquids to sit on the surface.

Installation: Use a white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any gray bleed-through from showing in the light-colored stone. Back-butter each tile in addition to applying thinset to the substrate, especially on large-format pieces, to achieve full coverage and prevent lippage. Use tile leveling clips to maintain a flat, even surface across the 24×24 format. Allow thinset to cure fully before grouting; choose a sanded grout in a warm ivory or beige tone to complement the stone's palette.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Processing & Transit
In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Most tile and stone orders ship via scheduled LTL freight and typically arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination. You'll receive tracking and carrier details by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Freight Delivery

  • Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.
  • Scheduled appointment. The freight company contacts you directly to arrange a delivery window.
  • Signature required. An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.
  • Clear access. Please ensure the delivery site is reachable by a freight truck and free of obstructions.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

  • Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
  • Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
  • Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
  • Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
