30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Crema Marfil is a relatively porous marble and should be sealed before grouting and regularly thereafter. In wet areas such as showers, re-seal every 6–12 months with a penetrating stone sealer to prevent staining and moisture absorption. The light cream tones are particularly susceptible to discoloration from oils, wine, and hard water — proactive sealing is essential.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner or mild dish soap diluted in warm water. Never use acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus), bleach, or abrasive scrubs — these will etch and dull the polished surface of Crema Marfil. Dry surfaces after use in wet areas to minimize hard water spotting on the high-gloss finish.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any gray bleed-through on the light-colored stone. Apply non-sanded grout for the tight joints typical of 2×2 mosaics. Press the mesh-backed sheets firmly and evenly into the thinset, ensuring full coverage behind each chip. Back-buttering individual chips on uneven substrates improves adhesion. Allow thinset to fully cure before grouting.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
