Sealing: Royal Beige Marble is a porous stone and the honed finish — while beautiful — offers less surface resistance than a polished face, making sealing essential. Apply a penetrating natural stone sealer before grouting and again after installation is complete. In wet areas such as shower floors, reseal every 6–12 months or whenever water no longer beads on the surface. For lighter-colored beige and ivory tones, consistent sealing is the primary defense against staining from soaps, oils, and hard water.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone soap or plain warm water and a soft mop or cloth. Avoid acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus-based), alkaline degreasers, bleach, and abrasive scrubbers — all will etch or dull the honed surface. Wipe up spills — especially oils, wine, and coffee — promptly. Do not use grout haze removers or tile cleaners not specifically labeled safe for natural marble.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset to prevent any gray bleed-through on light beige chips. Align mesh sheets carefully, maintaining consistent joint width between sheets as well as within them. Use non-sanded grout for joints up to 1/8 inch. Back-butter individual sheets in addition to spreading thinset on the substrate for full coverage, which is especially important on shower floors. Allow full cure before exposing to water or foot traffic.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
