Sealing: Royal Beige marble should be sealed with a high-quality penetrating stone sealer before grouting and immediately after installation. In wet areas such as showers, reseal every 6–12 months to prevent moisture and staining from penetrating the stone's surface. The warm, lighter tones of this marble are particularly susceptible to discoloration from oils and mineral deposits, so timely sealing is essential.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft, non-abrasive cloth or sponge. Avoid acidic cleaners, vinegar, citrus-based products, or anything containing bleach, as these will etch the polished surface and dull its high-gloss finish. Wipe spills immediately — the polished surface, while beautiful, shows water spots and etching more readily than a honed finish.

Installation: Use white or ivory polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid ghosting through the light-colored stone. For pencil liner installation, apply a thin, even bed of thinset and use tile spacers to maintain consistent joint width. Non-sanded grout is recommended for the narrow joints typical of pencil liner installations. Ensure the wall substrate is flat and plumb before installation, as the narrow profile will telegraph any surface irregularities.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
