Sealing: White Carrara marble is a relatively porous stone and should be sealed with a penetrating stone sealer before grouting and after installation. In wet areas such as showers or near sinks, reapply sealer every 6–12 months to protect against moisture absorption and staining. The light ground color makes this stone particularly susceptible to oil- and water-based stains, so prompt sealing and maintenance are essential.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or mop — never use vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, or any acidic or alkaline cleaners, as these will etch the polished surface and cause permanent dull spots. The high-gloss polished finish shows water spots and soap residue more readily than honed surfaces, so dry the tile after cleaning or exposure to water in bathroom settings.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey bleed-through on the pale stone. Apply non-sanded grout for the narrow joints typical of this mosaic format. Press the mesh-backed sheets firmly into the thinset and use a grout float or rubber mallet with a beating block to ensure full contact across the entire sheet. Allow adjacent sheets to align cleanly at the herringbone joints for a seamless, continuous pattern across the surface.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
