30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Seal all natural marble surfaces with a penetrating, pH-neutral impregnating sealer before grouting and after installation. For wet areas such as shower floors and bathroom floors, reseal every 6–12 months. White Carrara is particularly porous and susceptible to staining, so prompt sealing and resealing is strongly advised.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner diluted in warm water and a soft microfiber cloth or mop. Never use vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, ammonia, or any acidic or alkaline cleaner — polished marble etches easily upon contact with acids, leaving dull matte spots that require professional re-polishing to restore. Blot spills immediately rather than wiping to prevent spreading.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent gray bleed-through on the light Carrara chips. Apply non-sanded grout for the narrow joints typical of 2×2 mosaic tiles. Align mesh sheets carefully, maintaining consistent sheet-to-sheet joint spacing equal to the inter-chip spacing. Back-butter individual chips if coverage is insufficient, and use a float to press sheets firmly into the mortar bed for full contact.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
