Sealing: Seal with a penetrating stone sealer before grouting and reseal every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers. White Carrara is particularly prone to staining due to its light color and open pore structure, so consistent sealing is strongly recommended.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or mop. Avoid acidic cleaners such as vinegar, citrus-based products, or anything containing bleach, as these will etch the polished marble surface and cause dull spots that are difficult to restore.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent grey bleed-through on the pale marble chips. Apply non-sanded grout for the tight hexagon joints to avoid scratching the polished surface. Align mesh sheets carefully before setting, and back-butter each sheet lightly for full coverage. Allow full cure before exposing to water.

Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
