Sealing: White Carrara marble is porous and particularly prone to staining due to its pale coloring — apply a premium penetrating stone sealer before grouting and reseal every 6 to 12 months in wet areas such as showers. In kitchen backsplash applications, reseal annually or whenever water no longer beads on the surface.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner or a mild dish soap diluted in warm water, using a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. Avoid acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus), alkaline degreasers, or abrasive scrubbers — the polished surface etches easily on contact with acids, and the bevel grooves can trap residue if not rinsed thoroughly after cleaning.
