Sealing: White Carrara marble is a porous stone and must be sealed before grouting and regularly thereafter. Apply a penetrating stone sealer prior to installation and reseal every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers and around sinks. Light-colored marble is especially susceptible to staining, so timely resealing is critical to preserving the stone's appearance.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner or mild dish soap diluted in warm water, and dry thoroughly after each use to prevent water spots and mineral deposits. Never use acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus, or bleach-based products), as acids etch the polished surface and cause permanent dull spots. Wipe spills — especially wine, coffee, and citrus juice — immediately to prevent staining.

Installation: Always use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent grey adhesive from telegraphing through the translucent marble. Use non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch. Align mesh sheets carefully on a flat surface and back-butter each sheet lightly for full adhesion. Apply grout release or sealer to the tile face before grouting to protect the polished finish from grout haze, and clean grout residue promptly before it cures.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
