30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: White Carrara marble is porous and should be sealed with a premium penetrating stone sealer before grouting and immediately after installation. In wet areas such as showers and backsplashes, reseal every 6–12 months to maintain stain resistance and protect the stone's pale surface from discoloration.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or sponge only — never use vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, or acidic or alkaline household cleaners, as these will etch and dull the honed surface permanently. Wipe up spills, especially oils, coffee, and wine, immediately to prevent staining on this light-colored stone.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent grey adhesive from telegraphing through the pale marble chips. Apply non-sanded grout for the tight joints typical of micro mosaic formats. Align mesh sheets carefully edge-to-edge before pressing into adhesive, and use a grout float gently to avoid dislodging individual chips. Back-butter each sheet for full coverage and a secure bond.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
