30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Glass tile is non-porous and does not require sealing. However, grout joints in pool environments should be grouted with a pool-grade, epoxy grout that resists pool chemicals and does not require sealing. Inspect grout annually for cracking or erosion in high-use pool areas.

Cleaning: Use a pH-neutral tile cleaner or a diluted white vinegar solution for routine cleaning of waterline calcium deposits. Avoid abrasive scrubbers that can scratch the glass surface. For pool maintenance, standard pool water chemistry management (balanced pH 7.2–7.8) will preserve both the tile and grout long-term.

Installation: Install with a white polymer-modified thinset rated for glass tile and wet/submerged applications. Back-butter each mesh sheet and use a notched trowel to ensure full coverage with no voids behind tiles — critical for pool integrity. Use unsanded or pool-grade epoxy grout for the 2×2 joints. Allow full thinset cure time (minimum 28 days recommended) before filling the pool.

Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
