30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: All natural stone used in pool and wet environments must be sealed with a high-quality penetrating (impregnating) sealer rated for submerged or continuous-wet applications prior to grouting and filling. Reseal annually or as recommended by the sealer manufacturer, especially in chlorinated or saltwater pools where chemical exposure accelerates wear.

Cleaning: Use only pH-neutral stone-safe cleaners — never acidic products such as vinegar, citrus-based cleaners, or standard pool tile acid washes, which will etch and degrade the stone surface. For routine pool maintenance, consult your pool professional about stone-compatible water chemistry to prevent calcium scaling and mineral deposits on the tile surface.

Installation: Install with a white or gray polymer-modified thinset rated for submerged/wet applications; use non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch. Ensure mesh sheets are properly aligned and firmly back-buttered for full coverage — voids behind stone in pool environments can cause tiles to pop over time. Allow full cure time before flooding the pool.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
