30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Both Thassos White and Blue Celeste are relatively porous natural marbles and should be sealed with a penetrating stone sealer before grouting and after installation. In wet areas such as showers, reapply sealer every 6–12 months to protect against moisture intrusion and staining. Thassos in particular, due to its crystalline open structure, benefits from thorough sealing on all exposed surfaces including edges.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner diluted in warm water and a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. Avoid all acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus, bleach, ammonia) as these will etch the polished surface of both marbles, causing dull spots that are difficult to restore. Wipe spills — especially coffee, wine, and citrus — immediately to prevent staining on the light-colored Thassos chips.

Installation: Use bright white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey show-through on the translucent Thassos chips. Align mesh sheets carefully, maintaining consistent joint spacing across sheet seams. Use non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch to avoid scratching the polished surface. Back-butter each sheet lightly in addition to combing the substrate to ensure full coverage and prevent hollow spots.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
