30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Cappuccino marble should be sealed with a penetrating stone sealer prior to installation and resealed every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers. Despite its darker tone, the polished surface remains porous and susceptible to staining from oils and moisture without adequate sealer protection.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft, damp cloth or microfiber mop — never use acidic cleaners, vinegar, citrus-based products, or abrasive pads, as these will etch the polished surface and dull its finish over time. Wipe up spills promptly, especially oils, red wine, and acidic liquids, to prevent staining.

Installation: Use white or light gray polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid any bleed-through discoloration on the polished surface. Apply non-sanded grout for the narrow joints typical of this mosaic format. Align mesh sheets carefully to maintain consistent joint spacing, and back-butter individual chips if needed for full coverage on wall installations.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
